131. Deputy Superintendent Factory to maintain a report book.
- The Deputy Superintendent Factory shall maintain a report book in which he shall make entries of all matters requiring the orders of the Superintendent such as requisitions for prisoners, materials, machinery, tools, plaint, and the like; the manufacture, sale, or despatch of goods, and recommendations of every kind relating to the manufactory department. Orders relating to manufactory, passed by the Superintendent, shall be entered in the report book.
