Section 32(1) in Andhra Pradesh Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2014
(1)The State Monitoring Committee constituted under Section 50(1) and (2) shall have its first meeting for review and monitoring the implementation of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement Schemes for the projects within a month of the publication of the said approved Schemes by the Commissioner of the Rehabilitation and Resettlement under section 18. Thereafter, the meetings of the Committee shall be held once in three months to review and monitor the implementation of the rehabilitation and resettlement schemes.
