9. Termination of service.
- Except, as otherwise expressly provided in the terms of a contract in any individual case, the State Government may terminate the service of the Chief Executive Officer or the Chief Accounts Officer, who is not a Government servant deputed on foreign service conditions to the Corporation or being a Government servant has ceased to be in Government service, by giving him three months' notice or in lieu of such notice an amount equal to three months' pay.
