Heard learned advocate Mr. Dipak Thakkar for Thakkar and Pahwa Advocates for the petitioners and learned advocate Ms. Nalini S. Lodha for the respondent through video conference.

Learned advocate Mr. Dipak Thakkar for the petitioners state that the petitioners have preferred an application for settlement before the respondent bank. He further states that with a view to persuade the bank for settlement of the dues of the petitioners, under instructions, without entering into merits of the matter, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw these petitions, at this stage.

Be that as it may, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw these petitions, so as to pursue the settlement application, if any, filed before the respondent bank, which may be considered by the bank, in accordance with law.

Petitions are disposed of, as withdrawn, at this stage.

Notice is discharged. No order as to costs.
