Section 25(4) in Punjab Market Committees Bye-laws
(4)The application for the grant of the copy under sub-clause (1) shall be accompanied by an earnest money of Rs. 2 and shall be duly entered in the register maintained for this purpose. The fee for issuing a copy shall be adjusted from this amount and balance, if any, paid to the applicant with the copy. The copying fee charged shall be transferred to the funds of the Committee.
