Section 5(b) in Haryana Passenger Transport Scheme, 2003
(b)Passenger tax at the rates notified by the State Government from time to time, shall be payable on lump-sum basis by the permit-holders which at the time of commencement of this scheme; shall be under -(i)Full body buses (50-54 seater) : Rs. 16,000/- (sixteen thousand rupees) per month.(ii)Mini buses (30-35 seater) : Rs. 9,600/- (nine thousand six hundred rupees) per month.
