Section 26(2) in The Gujarat Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
(2)Any person who contravenes the provisions of sub-section (1) shall, subject to the provisions of any special law for the time being in force, be punished, on conviction, with fine which may extend to three hundred rupees.
