(1)The provisions of this Chapter shall, so far as may be, apply to the non-teaching staff of the private colleges.(2). Subject to the provisions of sub-section (1), the method of appointment, pay and other conditions of service of the non-teaching staff of private colleges shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
