Section 42(1) in Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University Act, 2015
(1)The rights conferred on a college by affiliation may be withdrawn by the Executive Council in whole or in part or may be modified, if the college fails to comply with the provisions of the Statutes or Ordinances governing the affiliation or if the affairs of the college are conducted in a manner which are prejudicial to the interests of education:Provided that no such affiliation shall be withdrawn unless the college is given an opportunity of being heard.
