Section 19(2) in The Orissa Animal Contagious Diseases Act, 1949
(2)Subject as the aforesaid, if such owner, occupier or person fails to comply with the requirements of such order within a reasonable time the Inspector may cause such building, yard, vessel or vehicle to be disinfected, and the internal fittings and other things to be disinfected or destroyed, at the expense of the owner.
