ORDER:
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 3 and 5 are not taking action against respondents 7, 8, 9 and 10 who hacked the WASP 3D server software license through IP, changed all essential passwords and distributed the FTP which is very much essential for telecasting the news and caused nearly Rs.31.2 crores loss to the petitioner and respondent No.4 issued notices dated 30-07-2018 and 03-08-2018 based on the false complaint dated 30-07-2018 filed by respondent No.6 who is not concerned with the issue and without following the due procedure.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the notice issued by respondent No.4, the petitioner already replied. He also says that in respect of grievance of the petitioner, she made complaint on 01-08-2018, but the same is not acted upon by the respondent-police.
Learned counsel for respondents 7 to 10 says that respondents 7 to 10 have not committed any offence.
In this case, it is to be seen that the only issue is complaint of the petitioner is to be acted upon, for which learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that appropriate action will be taken on the complaint made by the petitioner in terms of Apex Court judgment of Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1.
1 (2014)2SCC1 2 In view of the same, the respondent-police are directed to take action on the complaint of the petitioner in terms of judgment of Lalithakumari as cited supra. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
