This court is informed that the Government of India has launched a portal called the "Bharat Kosh Portal" which is a platform on which payments to various Ministries are now required to be made. The respondent/Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas is one such Ministry. Accordingly, Mr. Tushar Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the judgment debtor submits that henceforth, remittances need to be made to the account of the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas on the "Bharat Kosh Portal" under the head 'Profit Petroleum'.

2. In view of the submissions made, the Registry is directed that henceforth the amounts received in OMP(EFA)(COMM) No. 15/2016 be remitted to the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas on the "Bharat Kosh Portal", as and when directed by this court.

3. The present application is disposed of in the above terms. EX. APPL.(OS) 269/2022

4. Learned counsel for the parties submit that verification of bank guarantees and the amendments thereto, as was directed to be conducted vidé order dated 02.03.2022, is still to happen. Counsel seek further time to complete such verification.

5. As requested, list before the learned Joint Registrar on 9th May 2022 for the above purpose.

6. Let requisite verification be completed positively before the next date.
