Section 21(1) in Goa Tax on Entry of Goods Rules, 2000
(1)Every order of an appellate or revisional authority under section 28 or under section 30 of the Act, as the case may be, shall be communicated to the appellant or to every other party affected by the order, to the assessing authority against whose order the appeal or revision was filed and to any other authority concerned;
