Section 7(b) in The Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board Contributory Provident Fund Regulations, 1975
(b)If he is not an employee of the Board who draws his own pay bills by written communication to the head of his office before he proceeds on leave. Failure to make due and timely intimation shall be deemed to constitute an election to subscribe.
