Section 3(2) in Coal Mines (Nationalisation) Act, 1973
(2)For the removal of doubts, it is hereby declared that if, after the appointed day, the existence of any other coal mine comes to the knowledge of the Central Government, the provisions of the Coal Mines (Taking Over of Management) Act, 1973, (15 of 1973) shall, until that mine is nationalised by an appropriate legislation, apply to such mine.
