60. Officers appointed under the Act to be public servants.
- The Chief Child Welfare Officer, Probation Officers and other officers appointed in pursuance of this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
