Section 30(1)(iv) in Kerala Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1968

(iv)does any act in contravention of sub-section (1) of section 19, shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extent to three months, or with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with, both.
