Section 36(1) in Kerala Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2018
(1)The Council shall set up a grievance redressal mechanism in such manner as may be prescribed, to receive complaints from the public regarding the violation of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, by any clinical establishment and shall give direction to the authority to take appropriate action on the complaints so received.
