26/Dated: 24/09/2021 W.P.(S) No. 1032 of 2014 After some arguments, Mr. Mahesh Tewari, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the advertisement of the year 2009, which has been annexed as Annexure-1 (Page-31) to the writ petition, appointments are still being done and he has documentation to that effect for the years 2019 and 2020 which he would like to bring on record by filing an affidavit.
Accordingly, he is being at liberty to file the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the said affidavit to the learned counsel for the State.
In case the learned counsel for the State wants to make written reply, he will also do so, by giving a copy of the reply to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
W.P.(S) No. 2223 of 2014Mr. Om Prakash Tiwari, the learned GP-III appears on behalf of the State and submits that he will be filing the certificates of the persons appointed who bear certificates from three other States through supplementary affidavit.
On the prayer made by the learned GP-III, put up these cases on 26.11.2021.
