(c)the application is accompanied with--(i)a duly stamped affidavit verifying the correctness of the statements made in the application alongwith two affidavits from Indian citizens testifying the character of the applicant; and(ii)a certificate depicting that the applicant has adequate knowledge of one of the languages specified in the Eighth Schedule to the Constitu-tion of India.
