6. Factors to be considered in granting or refusing a licence for operation of the proposed cold storage.
- In granting or refusing a licence, the Licensing Officer shall have regard to the following factors :(i)whether the refrigeration, electrical, insulation, sanitary and safety conditions of the cold storage are as per specification given in the Schedule;(ii)suitability of qualification/experience of the staff employed for manning the plant, and(iii)any other matter which the Licensing Officer may consider necessary for the purpose.
