Section 43 in Sikkim Interpretation and General Clauses Act, 1977
43. Citation of law.
(1)Any Sikkim enactment may be cited by reference to the title or short-title, if any, conferred thereon or by reference to the number and year thereof.(2)Any provision in any Sikkim enactment may be cited by 'reference to' the section of the law in which the provision is contained.
