137. Power of Corporation to make regulations providing for manner of imposition, etc., of tax.
- The Corporation may, by regulations determine the manner of imposition, payment, refund and remission of tax on carriages and animals, the time for payment of such tax and the conditions under which a licence may be granted.G. Toll
