129. Amendment of Section 174.
- In Section 174 of the said Code -(a)In sub-section (1), for the words "Sub-Divisional Officer" the word "Collector" shall be substituted;(b)In Hindi version, in sub-section (2), for the words ^^dqdhZ dh gks the words ^^dqdhZ dh x;h gks shall be substituted.
