(iv)Punishment described in paragraph 612 of the Punjab Jail Manual except punishment by handcuffs, fetters, and cellular confinement specified respectively in clauses 6, 7, 10 and 11 provided that nothing in this clause shall be deemed to permit "Separate" confinement under clause 8 of that paragraph for more than one month;
