- (i) A service book shall be maintained in the form prescribed by Government for their employees, for every employee of the Board. The Service Book will be the record of the service and shall contain no remarks on work or conduct.(ii)The Secretary shall be responsible for the correct and up-to-date maintenance of the Service Book. He shall record an annual certificate of verification in the Service Books of the employees as early as possible after the end of every year.
