Mr. Rishi Pallav, learned JC to A.G., referring to the supplementary show cause said to have been filed today on behalf of Deputy Commissioner, Garhwa, submitted that out of 7 petitioners, the amount of 5 petitioners have been ascertained and for the rest two petitioners, the matter is being inquired from the local offices, which will take some time. He further submitted that the Deputy Commissioner has written letter to the concerned Secretary, Rural Development Department, Government of Jharkhand for release of the funds as the scheme of Sampurn Gramin Rojgar Yojana is now closed but the Deputy Commissioner has not received any communication from the Secretary.

As prayed by Mr. Rishi Pallav, four weeks' time is allowed to file further show cause ascertaining the amount of rest two petitioners and informing this Court on behalf of the Secretary, by way of affidavit, as to why the amounts claimed by the petitioners be not paid to them.

Let a copy of the order be given to Mr. Pallav, as prayed. Put up this case on 27th January, 2012.
