Section 20(2)(a) in Chakma Autonomous District Council (Village Councils) Act, 2002

(a)he shall record all the proceedings of the Village Council as well as the Village Court and the President shall sign on all such records. He shall publish all orders, notifications and records as may be necessary of such order and the President shall sign on such notifications and records.
