(2)Manner of Collection of money. - Money due to the Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti shall be collected either by payment at the office of Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti or by out-door collections or by both, and for every money paid, a receipt in B.P.S. Form 4 shall be given.
