(2)The Committee referred to in sub-section (1) shall consist of the following persons, namely:-(a)One member nominated by the Visitor;(b)One member nominated by the Chancellor(c)The Principal Secretary/Secretary to the State Government in the Higher Education Department;(d)Four members nominated by the Board of Governors, one of whom shall be nominated as the convener of the committee by the Board of Governors.
