Quashing of FIR No. 108 dated 24.4.2000 under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Kotwali, Kapurthala (Annexure P1), Challan report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (Annexure P2) as well as order dated 30.3.2001 (Annexure P3), declaring the petitioner as a Proclaimed Offender, is being sought.

As per the reply filed, the challan was presented on 12.6.2001 against the petitioner Manjit Singh Aujla (after declaring him Proclaimed Offender), R.P.Dubey, Adarsh Crl. Misc. No. M-32301 of 2008 (O&M) [ 2 ] Chabbra, A.K.Harbola, S.K.Menan and B.S.Bhagi after investigation on the charge that the complainants had deposited ` 1 crore with the company i.e. Incan Mutual Benefits Limited, Kapurthala. There was no interim order staying the proceedings before the trial Court.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, has informed the Court that the trial is at the stage of arguments.

This petition is being disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to take all the pleas before the trial Court.
