108. Constitution of first Academic Council.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in section 30 until such time as the Academic Council constituted in accordance with the provisions of that section holds its first meeting, the Academic Council consisting of such members as the State Government may nominate, shall be deemed to the Academic Council for the purpose of this Act.
