Section 74(13) in Orissa Value Added Tax Act, 2004
(13)Where any goods seized under this section are sold, the sale proceeds thereof, after deduction of the tax including penalty payable under this section and the expenses incurred for such sale, be paid to the person form whom the goods are seized.
