Section 10(c) in Tripura Horticultural Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 2013
(c)that he has, without reasonable cause, failed to comply with any of the terms and conditions of the license or any directions, lawfully given by the Competent Authority or has contravened any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made there under;
