Section 4(2) in Rajasthan Nazul/Devsthan Building (Disposal by Public Auction) Rules, 1967
(2)As soon as the Government sanction is conveyed for the disposal of any Nazul/Devsthan Building, the Committee shall appoint an officer of the Revenue Department, not below the rank of a Revenue Inspector, to conduct the sale thereof, by public auction.
