Section 6(2)(b) in The Maharashtra Medical Practitioners (Registration) Rules, 1961

(b)to the collector of the District concerned, if the applicant claims to be practicing such system outside Greater Bombay, for verification of such facts mentioned by the applicant in the application, as the Committee may specify in that behalf.
