(2)Every Memorandum of appeal or application for revision made under the Act to the Collector, the Administrative Tribunal or the Government, as the case may be, shall bear a court fee stamp of Rupees two:Provided that when an application or appeal under sub-rule (1) or sub-rule (2) is made by a member of a Scheduled Caste, specified in Part III of the Schedule to the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950 or of a Scheduled Tribe, specified in Part III of the Schedule to the Constitution (Scheduled Tribes) Order, 1950 living in an area, notified by Government as backward area, the value of the court fee stamp shall be fifty per cent less.
