(2)The bye-laws shall be posted up in the manner required by sub-section (5) of section 61, in English, Hindi and either in the language of the district in which the mine is situated or the language understood by a majority of the persons employed in the mine:Provided that the Chief Inspector may require the abstracts and the bye-laws to be posted up in any Indian language other than the language of the district in which the mine is situated or the language understood by a majority of the persons employed in the mine.
