(4)Every Nagar Mahapalika or Municipal Board to which the provisions of sub-section (1) for the time being apply shall, when so requested by the Prescribed Authority or the Controlling Authority, make available to it such staff as may be necessary for the performance of the functions of that authority within the limits of the City or the municipality, as the case may be] [Inserted by U.P.
