Section 22(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India {KYC (Know Your Client) Registration Agency} Regulations, 2011
(1)The Board shall, after consideration of the inspection report, communicate the findings of the inspecting authority to the KRA, seek its comments on the same and if required, give it an opportunity of being heard.
