Section 14(6) in Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1999
(6)If a member is a Government Employee, he shall be entitled to draw the travelling allowances and daily allowances at the rates to which he is entitled under the service rules applicable to him and shall draw from the department in which he is employed.
