53. Advisory Board.
(1)The Government may constitute an Advisory Board to advise it on matters relating to the establishment and maintenance of homes, mobilisation of resources, provision of facilities for education, training and rehabilitation of neglected and delinquent juveniles and co-ordination among the various official and non-official agencies concerned.(2)The Advisory Board shall consist of such number of officers and other persons as the Government thinks fit and may also include experts and the representatives of voluntary organisations engaged in the relevant areas.
