Section 9(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
(1)The meeting of the Gram Panchayat shall be public and shall be held at least once a month at the office of the Gram Panchayat and at such time as the Pradhan may fix:Provided that the Pradhan, when required in writing by a majority of the members to call a meeting, shall do so within three days, failing which the said members shall, with the previous approval of the prescribed authority, be entitled to call a meeting after giving a notice of one week to the Pradhan and the other members.
