Section 37(1) in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
(1)The members of a self-supporting co-operative society by signing a requisition may request the Board to call a special meeting of the general body of a self-supporting co-operative society:Provided that such a requisition shall be signed by not less than ten per cent of the members of the self-supporting co-operative society.
