Section 335(3) in The M.P. Municipal Corporation Act, 1956
(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 396, a Court may take cognizance of an offence under sub-section (1) of this section upon the complaint of the owner or occupier or other person in charge of the property in respect of which such offence is alleged to have been committed.
