         ORAL JUDGMENT

Date : 29-01-2019 This miscellaneous appeal, under Order XLIII Rule- 1(r) of the Code of Civil Procedure, has been preferred against the order dated 09.02.2017 passed by learned Sub Judge-XI, Muzaffarpur, in Partition Suit No. 541 of 2016.
