12. Register of applications and Mining Lease.
(1)A register of applications for grant or renewal of mining leases shall be maintained in the office of the Director in Form ML-3.(2)A register of mining leases granted under these rules shall be maintained in the office of the Director and the Officer-in-charge of the district concerned in Form 'ML-4'.
