Section 2(19) in The West Bengal University of Animal and Fishery Sciences Act, 1995
(19)"registered graduate" means a graduate registered under this Act, at least three months prior to the date of election of members to the Council, on application in the prescribed form and on payment of a fee of rupees five, and includes a graduate registered under the Calcutta University Act, 1904 (8 of 1904), or the Calcutta University Act, 1951, or the Calcutta University Act, 1966, or the Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya Act, 1974.
