Section 152(1)(a) in Code of Regulations for Anglo-Indian Schools-Tamil Nadu State

(a)Grants not exceeding one-half of the total cost may be given for school and boarding house furniture, and for apparatus, chemicals, maps, diagrams and models, for books and periodicals for school and staff libraries and for the plant, materials and tools needed in industrial and technical classes.
