11. Appeal against the order of refusing grant of a licence or renewal of a licence.
- An appeal to the appellate authority in Form V under section 7 of the Act shall be made within thirty days from the date on which the order of refusal of licence or renewal of a licence. Such appeal shall accompany a fee of Rs. 100 and clearly state the grounds of appeal.
